INCLUSIONS
All Packages Include
The Following
Ceremony Site
Lower barn with seating, stained wooden arch, and beautiful farm field views. Ceremonies begin at 3:30pm.
Cocktail Hour
Lower level barn access with lawn area. Can be 1-1.5 hours long (your choice).
Reception Space
Covered indoor reception with 60" round tables, cushioned Chiavari chairs, farm tables, and whiskey barrel for cake.
Bar Service
One bartender, tap system for kegs, fountain drinks, and ice.
Rehearsal
One-hour property use the day before with event coordinator (4:00-5:30pm start times available).
Bridal Suite Tack Room for wedding party preparation and personal belongings storage.
Event Coordination
Two professional coordinators for complete wedding day management and timeline execution.
Security
One professional security guard in compliance with township ordinances for guest safety.
Climate Controlled
Spaces are fully air-conditioned and heated to maintain a comfortable, consistent environment year-round.

Payment Schedule
First Deposit:
$3,000 - (Single Day)
$4,000 - (Weekend Package)
Due: At contract signing
Second Deposit:
1/2 of remaining balance
Due: 6 Months Prior
Final Balance:
Remainder of Balance
Due: 30 days prior
*All bookings include a 4% gratuity for wedding day coordination.
